Our findings supported the elimination of this sidewalk, which allowed the project design to proceed without negatively impacting the schedule or budget. |

| Project responsibilities included the preparation of alternate methods and materials submittal to address an issue relating to the allowable building area versus the actual area for the 47,000 square-foot Magnolia Bluffs Casino building. The building is a single-story, pre-fabricated metal building as a primary Group A-2 occupancy. The building also included two restaurants, support kitchen, offices, storage, and back-of-house support areas. |
