Project responsibilities included a review of the proposed master-site plan to determine if a sidewalk along the south side of Harmon Avenue could be eliminated in lieu of other available accessible routes and means of egress. Our findings supported the elimination of this sidewalk, which allowed the project design to proceed without negatively impacting the schedule or budget.

This project also included restaurants, retail space, condominium units, rooftop pool and recreation area, convention and meeting rooms, entertainment venue, nightclubs, VIP accommodations, and observation galleries.

Project responsibilities included the preparation of alternate methods and materials submittal to address an issue relating to the allowable building area versus the actual area for the 47,000 square-foot Magnolia Bluffs Casino building. The building is a single-story, pre-fabricated metal building as a primary Group A-2 occupancy. The building also included two restaurants, support kitchen, offices, storage, and back-of-house support areas.
