Project responsibilities included full code, fire protection and life safety, egress design, and accessibility review for this 14-story apartment tower with two unique features. The first is that all dwelling units are pre-fabricated concrete units that were shipped to the jobsite upon completion, and assembled atop the podium building. The second is that the parking structure represents the first fully automated high-rise mechanical access garage in the United States. This project is currently in the construction design (CD) phase.

Project responsibilities included a review of the fire-resistive ratings for the exterior walls of dwelling units where occurring along technically exterior walls of an outside covered corridor. Additionally, accessibility design provisions were provided for the hybrid-use hotel/apartment dwelling units for this 4-story extended stay development that contains 54 units, a convenience store, and resident amenities.
